Finding a Product
- OnLine
You should be able to navigate easily from any page on the itrim
website, we offer consistent user-friendly links on each page just click
on the appropriate title, or use the site and molding search features
found on most pages. Go directly to any catalog
from "select a product" section featured on the home page.
- At Home
Download our catalog in Adobe Acrobat and print it out for
full scale drawings of our most popular molding profiles. When
printing, be sure to print at "full size" (turn off fit
to page if selected) to ensure that the moldings are to scale.
When you know what you need come back online and go straight to FastOrder
from the Home Page.
Searching Tips
To get to our molding search page use the search box provided
on the top navigation bar. Hit the go button, this will give you the
option of searching for a item or category.

Enter a profile (molding item) number in the search by item and
hit "GO", this will select only that particular item

Choose a selection from the pull down box hit the "GO" button,
which will navigate you to a specific catalog page. There you can see a
variety of profiles in which to choose from.
Placing an Order
Ordering from itrim is fast and secure. Click Privacy
to find out more about our dedication to providing
secure transactions.
Follow these simple steps to
place your order:
- Once you've found the item your looking for click the ORDER link to
go to the order form.
- Complete the information on the top section and "click"
the ADD ITEM button. You'll be able to see your item added to the
middle section of the order form. If you forget to fill-in a section
it will prompt you to go back and complete that section.
- Next you have a variety of options which include
the following:

shopping and are ready to make your purchase. |

for more" |
To
shop for more return to the catalog pages by clicking any of the
links on
the bottom navigation bar of the order form. |
| Click the "Remove"
icon |
To remove
an item from your order click remove icon on the right of the
item. |
| Click "Abandon
Order" |
To delete all contents of your
order. |
- After you have clicked the "Complete My Order" link, enter the
Shipping Information in the spaces provided. Click the "CONTINUE"
button when you are finished.
- Enter your credit card account information and the billing address
(if different from the Shipping address) . Be sure to include the
email address that you would like your order confirmation sent to.
Review your order and when your ready, click the "Approve"
button. This completes the ordering process.
Note: You will receive an e-mail confirmation from itrim
notifying you that your order has been processed.

Order Status
To check the status of your order, click
Ordering on the button at the top
left of the screen. Enter the order number and the ship to zip
code and click the "Check Status" button.
